What is the difference
between on the job training and off the job training?
On-the-job training provides the learner with training
in the workplace and the learner will produce evidence whilst
learning. Whereas off-the-job training requires the learner to
spend a certain number of hours away from the work environment, giving them the
opportunity to learn in groups and meet other individuals.
